National Families Week
Last week, we acknowledged National Families Week and we participated in a range of activities across the school that were linked to the idea of family.
Students appreciated the opportunity to have a ‘uniform-free day’ on Friday and enjoyed connecting with their buddies while eating lunch together. We raised $230.50 for the Smith Family, an organisation that supports disadvantaged families by helping children participate in education. Our Year 6 Leadership Team and Community Committee selected the Smith Family as the recipient organisation for this fundraiser.
Thank you to all of our CPS families who were able to contribute a gold coin.
