Learning journey and parent interviews

This afternoon, we are sending children home with their learning journey packs (digital or hard copy) The children are very excited to share their progress and demonstrate some of the activities they participate in during the school day. We hope you enjoy sharing this experience with your child and celebrating what they have achieved this year.  We understand this is just a brief snapshot and the classroom teachers look forward to sharing more information with you during parent-teacher interviews in week 9.  Please do not forget to book your appointment!!!

Campbell Primary School is thinking creatively regarding end of year school events!

It is recognised that end-of-year celebratory events are important events in our school calendars. However, in view of the risks associated with transmission of COVID-19, schools are required to consider carefully how to plan and host modified events.

The Chief Health Officer has indicated that end of year school events may go ahead, on the proviso that they operate in accordance to current guidelines. The Public Health Direction has been modified to enable certain end-of-year events to take place on school grounds.  These events may include modified school formals, graduation ceremonies and end-of-year assemblies.

Please be aware the current circumstances can change very quickly, and any planned events may be subject to change or cancellation due to a need to amend the public health advice and/or directions at short notice.
