New Chromebook

At the end of 2019 the P&C and the school very generously funded the purchase of 75 new student Chromebooks. The Chromebooks arrived during the remote learning period and since returning to face-to-face teaching have been utilised in our year 5 and 6 classrooms. With the addition of those 75 Chromebooks we have been able to create cohort sets for Years 2-4. A very big thank you to the P&C for their support.

Assemblies in Term 3

As of Friday 31^st July, assemblies will begin again with a cohort presenting a prepared item. In response to COVID-19 restrictions, we will be holding separate junior (K-2) and senior assemblies (3-6) on a fortnightly basis.  Unfortunately, families will not be able to attend the assemblies, however, the cohort’s prepared item will be filmed and added to the Campbell Connects Google Classroom.

Updated Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), Personalised Learning Plans (PLP) Updated

If your child/ren in on an ILP or PLP, updated copies will be sent home in an envelope with your child/ren at beginning of week 4 (10^th August). Families are asked to read over the document, send it back to school either signed or with some amendments. The school will keep a copy and the original will be sent home. If your child is new to this process, I will be in touch to organise a meeting.

2019 Year 6 Graduation Gift

In 2019, the Year 6 students organised a three-dimensional printer as their farewell gift. The printer arrived on Tuesday and Mr Scherer very eagerly began to set the device up in the year 6 classrooms for all teaching teams to be able to use. We are very excited to share all the teaching and learning opportunities that will be facilitated with the use of this device.
