The wheels are in motion for our Preschool to Year 6 students to engage with local artist, Tina van Rayy, on a beautiful outdoor mosaic artwork for our school.

We are still working out the finer details and logistics of timetabling for each student to have an opportunity to work with Tina on either the main mosaic or smaller boards that can be kept indoors. We are hoping work will commence either at the end of this term or very early in Term 2.

In the meantime, we need your help!

From next week we will be collecting any assortments of ceramic, tile or glass, or ‘found objects’ such as interesting rocks, shells, beads, old jewellery and any other bits and pieces you have around your home. These contributions will be included in either the main mosaic, or the smaller boards that our junior school students will create with Tina. Keep an eye out for a collection box at the front office!
