Permission due dates

You will have noticed, as per the latest permission notes sent home, we are no longer able to accept notes past the due date.

All permission, medical & volunteer notes must be returned to the Front Office by the due date. Please ensure the deadline is met as late returns will unfortunately mean that your child will not be allowed to attend or participate in the activity. We must have accurate student and staff attendee numbers to complete risk assessments before any school events, and notes received after the due date prevent us from completing this process within the required timeframe.

To avoid the disappointment of missing out, you must ensure your child/ren's notes are returned prior to the due date.

Late arrivals and unexplained absences

Any student, not present in the classroom at 9:00am will be marked absent and an 'Unexplained Absence' notification will be sent home.  Students arriving at school any time after 9:00am MUST come to the front office before heading to class to have their attendance on the roll amended.  Absences or late arrivals need to be explained by a parent/carer via SZapp, email, a written note or a phone call to the school.  We cannot record attendance advice received from another child or sibling.

Illegally parked cars

If you turn off your engine and leave your car at any stage, you MUST be parked legally in one of our parking bays.  The drop off zone and loading zones MUST be kept available for drop offs, deliveries and emergencies.  Be aware cars parked in these areas block clear visibility for our students and other cars in the car park. Help us keep our little people safe at all times.

If you are dropping your child off to school after 9:00am, you must park in one of the designated car parking bays and walk your child in to the front office to have their attendance amended.
